Meleesa goes into DETOX

HOLA!
If you are wondering why I have been so quiet on social media lately, this is the WHY. To truly feel the present moment, to have more connection with everyone around me. It was time to honor me in order to be a better artist, lover, friend, daughter, and the list grew even more!
Taking the time to appreciate and FEEL and celebrate my successes and the beauty of my every day,
It had been such a gift to savor the joy in the small things. Allowing myself to STOP showed more about how vital quiet time is for creative flow and grow my intuition. It continues to be essential for me to LISTEN to my inner voice and not to be distracted or influenced by what may show up in my social.
TIME to tell myself BUSY is not high; it brings me to a low, and so I decided to put my phone down and live more; this has been an incredible detox!!!

This year has been all about growth-- yes getting uncomfortable-- walking through some dark paths to come out knowing a part of me that was yearning to SCREAM HELLO WONDERFUL!!! This year I became Reiki certified, and I now offer it as a service to balance, find deep relaxation, and release stress and tension from everyone that sits with me. I feel I have already been doing this organically for so long, yet I needed a way to explain it to all of you.

I visited Costa Rica 3 times-- yes, three times... Going home and getting rooted in the smell of my soil is just a must for me, creatively. The food, language, colors, and the vibe really represent who I am. Getting in touch with home always fills my heart enough to overflow your cup.

To top the year off, I spent 5 days in the Redwoods. What a magical place!!! I attended the oldest Herbalist School in California (talk about magic!!!). From the gardens to the facility, it was a DREAM for me and a true calling, to bring awareness on the power of plant medicine and how it feeds our skin, body, and soul.
